Currently, we are rehabilitating a community in Brunswick, Georgia. This property came with 121 total lots, comprised of 115 MH Lots, 6 RV spots, and a whole lot of Character. Since the acquisition, we have worked tirelessly to improve the current Home inventory by replacing roofs, completing full remodels of our current homes, and bringing in more homes for rent! Our property is starting to open up more with the removal of numerous overbearing, dangerous, and dying trees from the grounds. We have even completed our FIRST community-wide summer cleaning to assist the current resident base on decluttering their areas and reclaim the home they love! We are also glad to announce we are helping relocate 30+ manufactured homes to our community that have been displaced due to a community closure.
