We found our niche in the Manufactured housing sector by realizing the need for clean and affordable housing is as high as it ever has been. Many of the Communities that are across the United States have a stigma about them that they are lesser than Apartments or bigger single-family homes. That is not what we think. When we take on a community full of Manufactured Homes, we don’t see it as that stigma, we see a property with endless potential to be a place where residents can come together to laugh, love, and grow without the restrictions of sharing walls with their neighbors.  MobileHOME Rentals started out in late 2016 as a small three-employee company that managed only two Manufactured Home Communities. We are now proud to manage over Fourty-Six (46) Communities across four states in the South-East United States with even more coming aboard every month!
