Qualification Criteria
Please see the below qualification criteria to understand what we look for in Prospective Residents and Home Buyers.
- Valid Government-issued ID
- Valid Social Security card or ITIN card
- Current gross monthly income is at least 2.5x monthly rent OR savings/investment account balances sufficient to pay 6 months* rent
- History of repeat criminal convictions or charges may result in denial.
- Any felony conviction and/or sexual offenses will result in automatic denial.
- Applications for residency will automatically be denied for current outstanding rental debt or recent eviction (within 3 years)

Welcome to the MobileHOME Rentals family! Once you have completed your lease agreement, it is time for your final walkthrough! During this time it is important that you specify any issues you may find prior to move in so our maintenance team can resolve those issues before you’re fully moved in! We are so excited that you decided to become a part of a MobileHOME Rentals Community!
