MobileHOME Rentals deploys multiple vendors, third-party companies, and software to assist us in making your experience renting or buying, as easy and seamless as possible. If you would like to know more about how to become a vendor with a MobileHOME Rentals Community, please read and review the below information and qualification requirements we need prior to working with you!

To work with us at MobileHOME Rentals, we need a few things from you and your company.

  1. We need a copy of a valid w-9
  2. Insurance is needed for any vendor that will be performing any labor
  3. Bill on a net-30 basis
  4. Proper and Current licensing for vendors that provide services that require it (electrical, HVAC, EPA, Operator permits, etc)
